Is this an in-person or hybrid role? 
Depending on the school you attend and if we are able to visit your school on our roadtrips, it will largely be a virtual role with some in-person opportunities.
How do learning partners and program alumni interact with the CAM program?
Throughout the program, CAMs will be invited to participate in exclusive workshops hosted by our learning partners and program alumni to strengthen your leadership abilities and professional skill set. Program alumni are eager to connect with students in the program too and the executive team is happy to help build those connections.
What is the workload like?
This role will take 5-15 hours of your time each week depending on which part of the season we are in. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can I still compete in the competition?
Yes! CAMs are encouraged to compete in the competition. Just last year, in the Top Ten, 2/10 teams had a CAM in their team. 
What will I be doing?
As a CAM, you would be working with one of our Campus Engagement Coordinators to understand what your school’s unique campus culture is like and create a recruitment strategy with the support of the CML team. We will provide you with the general structure and the resources, and you get the opportunity to develop your professional toolkit on a national level! You will also assist with in-person campus events such as delivering class talks, road trip planning and advocating for the program.
